1. Scope
This policy applies to everything you upload to, generate with, or serve through Pictika, including templates, images, fonts, text and the images produced from them.
2. You must not use Pictika to create, store or serve
- sexually explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, including such content generated from text you supply
- content that sexualises minors in any way
- content that harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence or hatred against any person or group
- documents intended to be mistaken for official, government-issued or financial records
- content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or designed to impersonate a real person, business or publication
- material you do not have the rights to, including trademarks, logos, photographs and fonts
- malware, phishing pages, or images used to deliver either
3. You must not
- attempt to overload, probe, scan or bypass rate limits or quotas
- resell raw access to the Pictika API as a standalone image-rendering service
- share your API key publicly or with parties outside your organization
4. Intellectual property complaints
If you believe content served through Pictika infringes your rights, email support@pictika.com with the image URL, a description of the work, and your contact details. We review complaints promptly and without undue delay, and will disable the content or the account where the complaint is substantiated.
5. Enforcement
We may disable specific content, suspend an account, or terminate it, depending on severity and whether the breach is repeated. Serious breaches — illegal content in particular — may be actioned immediately and without notice, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
No refund is due for accounts terminated under this policy (see Refund Policy § 5).
