Pictika (“we”, “us”) is operated by HỘ KINH DOANH NGÔ QUANG KHÁNH, based in Vietnam. Contact: support@pictika.com.
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Creem’s terms apply to the payment transaction.
Pictika is an API that generates images from templates you create. You design a template once; your software or a URL request supplies data; we return a rendered image.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your API key secret. You are responsible for all usage under your account. Notify us at support@pictika.com if you believe your key is compromised.
Plans are billed monthly in advance: $39 / 1,000 images, $99 / 5,000 images, $199 / 20,000 images. A free trial of 30 images is available without a credit card.
One image equals one credit. Your quota resets on your billing date. When your quota is exhausted, further requests are refused — we do not bill overage automatically. You may upgrade at any time.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain all rights to the templates, images, fonts and data you upload or supply. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and process them in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you supply, including images, logos and fonts.

We may suspend accounts that breach this section. See the Acceptable Use Policy for detail.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
