Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Pictika (“we”, “us”) is operated by Ngo Quang Khanh, registered at 270 Nguyen Thi Bup, Ho Chi Minh, 700000, Vietnam. Contact: support@pictika.com.

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Creem’s terms apply to the payment transaction.

2. The service

Pictika is an API that generates images from templates you create. You design a template once; your software or a URL request supplies data; we return a rendered image.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your API key secret. You are responsible for all usage under your account. Notify us at support@pictika.com if you believe your key is compromised.

4. Plans, quotas and billing

Plans are billed in advance for the period you choose:

• Starter — $29 per month or $261 per year — 1,000 images per month
• Growth — $129 per month or $1,161 per year — 10,000 images per month
• Scale — $249 per month or $2,241 per year — 50,000 images per month

A free trial of 30 images is available without a credit card.

One image equals one credit. Your quota resets every month, on the same day of the month as your billing date — this applies to yearly plans too, which are paid once a year but still receive their image quota month by month. When your quota is exhausted, further requests are refused — we do not bill overage automatically. You may upgrade at any time.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the templates, images, fonts and data you upload or supply. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and process them in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you supply, including images, logos and fonts.

If your subscription is canceled or lapses, we keep the images you have already generated for 30 days after the end of your final paid period, and then delete them permanently. Any URLs you have embedded will stop working after that point. Resubscribing within those 30 days keeps everything. Your account and your templates are not removed — only the generated images.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Pictika to:

• produce content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes someone else’s rights
• create documents intended to be mistaken for official or government-issued records
• reproduce trademarks or copyrighted material you have no right to use
• attempt to overload, probe or bypass the service’s limits

We may suspend accounts that breach this section. See the Acceptable Use Policy for detail.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; changes to these terms are published as described in section 9.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date it last changed shown at the top. Changes take effect when they are published here, so please check this page from time to time. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
