We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Creem; we never see or store card numbers.

We do not sell your data and do not use your templates or images to train any model.
Generated images and the data used to create them are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. After account closure we delete your content within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Write to support@pictika.com; we respond within 30 days.
Our servers and processors may be located outside your country. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising cookies on the application.
